Our inspectors are independent – independent from us, you can also call the inspectors once purchasing the report to discuss any further questions you may have of the property or any details that are reported in the building and pest report.

2. Is there any other costs involved?

YES -  If you purchase the report and purchase the property you will be charged another fee of $250. This is still nearly half the price if you were to purchase your own building and pest report on the property. If you are not successful in purchasing the property no other fee other than the initial $49 is all you will pay.
